When Ankita announced the 6-week challenge, I was very excited to practice face yoga. I thought it must be some basic movement, but I was pleasantly surprised to learn about so many muscles of the face. At 59, I realized there are wrinkles on forehead, under the eyes, cheeks and around the lips. It was an eye opener. Ankita’s precise, minute and very useful instructions helped me a lot during the challenge. In six weeks, there have been improvements but not enough. I am sure if I continue with face yoga, I can reverse and transform my face and hence age very gracefully. Only one regret is that this came my way a little late in life. I have understood one needs to start face yoga much earlier. Maybe at the age of around 25- 30 years. I am totally confident that if one starts early with Ankita, one will have toned and wrinkle free face for life. For me, better late than never. Thank you, Ankita for the wonderful six weeks.
