Let me tell you my story.
Hi, I’m Ankita Shah. When I was in my twenties, I was very active. I was playing sports, practicing yoga and martial arts, and also doing well with work and my social life. But my face reflected none of that!
It looked dull and puffy, my skin was beginning to sag and my jawline and collar bones disappeared. Initially, I chalked it up to ageing. After all, I thought, this is what happens. But I couldn’t be more wrong. Age had nothing to do with it. Nor did metabolism or any disease. It was simply certain lifestyle choices, postural habits and the way I used my face.
And how did I learn this? Through the natural and scientific practice of Face Yoga.
Discovering Face Yoga changed my life. My face became tighter, I could see my jawline again and my dark circles receded. I now look and feel younger than I did in my twenties.
